THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS YOU CAN DOSE BIOCELAN

DOSING SYSTEMS

USE OF EXISTING DOSING SYSTEMS

If existing dosing systems are available, they can be used for the dosing of BIOCLEAN. The required dosage for our product can easily be customized for each dosing system

USE of a “PUFFERSPEICHER” or Storage Tank

A simple solution for a powerless (non-electric) dosing is our specially developed buffer storage. This buffer tank is filled with a BIOCLEAN zeolite mixture - which strengthens the colonization of bacteria and slowly releases it to the surrounding wastewater. The buffer tank is hung directly into the wastewater and, depending on our specifications, is repeatedly enriched with BIOCLEAN via the refill tank.

APPLICATION OF MANUAL SPRAY DOSING

The cheapest but most time-consuming dosing method is manual spray dosing. With simple, commercially available spraying tools, BIOCLEAN can be applied directly to the shaft walls (where BIOCLEAN slowly enters the wastewater to be treated). The time intervals as well as the amount of BIOCLEAN to be sprayed are specified by us via a dosing plan (depending on volume of effluent, size and length of sewer, etc).

DOSAGE WITH PROMINENT DOSING PUMP

Outdoor:

The dosing pump and the Bioclean tank can be easily installed in a heated cabinet. This cabinet is placed near the sewage system and from there the dosing is carried out. This cabinet can be supplied by us. If there is no power supply on site, it can also be obtained alternatively by means of solar or wind power.

Indoor:

The small prominent dosing pumps can be placed or suspended anywhere inside the room in a space-saving manner. BIOCLEAN is pumped into the waste water to be treated via thin hoses (very wide ranges are possible).

THE PROMINENT GAMMA/X MEMBRANE DOSING PUMP

The new magnet diaphragm dosing pump gamma/ X is user-friendly and has an outstandingly long service life, just like its predecessor. A sophisticated magnetic control measures the upcoming back pressure and protects the system from overload. This technology eliminates the need for a pressure sensor, which can significantly increase operational safety: no additional parts come into contact with the dosing medium, there are no additional sealing surfaces and there are no electronic components near the biological sewer cleaning solution, Bioclean.

Whether the dosing quantity deviates or hydraulic faults affect the dosing process - the gamma/ X keeps everything in view for you. It independently ensures a trouble-free dosing process and if the pump ever needs maintenance, it alerts the user through its service module.
